Choo Choo . . . Two Two

Our little grandson had his 2nd birthday party Saturday. He will actually be 2 tomorrow. His mother does an awesome job with parties as you will see in the following pictures.

This is his banner and theme. His great grandfather worked on the railroad.
Bryce wore an engineer's cap and overall shorts -- so cute.

Here's the cake I made for him.

The table. The cupcake tree is in the foreground.

Look at these adorable caboose cups!!
The kids loved them.
She also had bandannas, hats and train whistles for each child to take home.

We got him this little train for Christmas and his Mommy
used it as part of the table decor.

The little engineer hang'n out with great grandpa known as "Pa".

Then it was outside to play on the waterslide -- a gift
from his materal grandparents.
This is his sister's best friend.

SPLASSSSSH!!!

His Mommy took him down a few times.

His sister loved it!

FUN!! FUN!! FUN!!

Then it was Daddy's turn to take the birthday boy down the slide
while Mommy was helping a little friend enjoy the slide, too.
AGAIN!!!

Brent is protecting Bryce's ears from excess water.

Daddy loves his boy!

It's time to open gifts!
Something for the new sandbox!
I don't know if you can see his mouth or not,
but he is making the sound of the truck.
Typical boy!
Tools like Daddy's and PaPa's!

A fire truck!!
This little boy's father is a fireman so he was telling Bryce all about the truck.

Back to the water.
Playing with the water gun.

The slide all to themselves!

It was a wonderful day with family and friends.
All kids had a fun time together.
God has blessed us with two precious and healthy grandchidren.
God is so good!

Love,
Sherry

You did a fantastic job on the cake and cupcakes. I seriously think Breanna ate 5 or 6 cupcakes that day without either of us knowing. After seeing her with what I thought was the same cupcake a couple hours later, I soon found out that was number 5. I was going to have her run around the house a few times to burn some calories but I think she burned them going up and down the water slide.
